Victor Millner is a lifelong Virginian, having grown up in the Southside community of Chatham. He attended Hargrave Military Academy and graduated from Virginia Episcopal School and the University of Virginia. Early in his career Victor taught English in Spain, traveled extensively in Europe and central and South America, and worked in hospitality at fine properties including the Boars Head Inn and Wintergreen. He has been in the financial services and advisory business since 1998.

 

He holds the designations of Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Advisor for Senior Living. He holds series 6, 7, 63 and 65 registrations through LPL Financial. Victor enjoys working with individuals and small businesses, helping them with wealth management, protection, and distribution.

 

A past President of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Virginia and the Central Virginia Estate Planning Council, Victor serves Habitat for Humanity on its Board of Directors, and is a past Board member of the Salvation Army.

 

He lives in Lynchburg with his wife Perry Payne and loyal hounds Arlo Guthrie and Pearl Bailey. He has three grown children and enjoys cooking, hospitality, travel, gardening, tennis, and playing music.
